May Week 2 - Author's Spotlight

Updated: May 11, 2021

I thought it would be easier to post books here rather than in my NL. That way you can find them whenever you want to. You can also go back and check out older books as well. Just click the image to check out the book!

He’d do anything to step out of the friend-zone and prove to the girl of his dreams that he’s her ideal match. Too bad such a guy only seems to exist in between the pages of her swoony romances.

Lana Coleman is convinced that the perfect guy for her is out there… somewhere. Connor, her attractive, yet often annoying best friend, teases her non-stop about her quest for her heart palpitating soul-mate, even going as far as challenging her to find someone who meets ALL her requirements before her birthday. She’s determined to prove to him that such a feat is possible. Not even a series of run-ins with the strangest men she’s ever met could make her rethink her book boyfriend ideals. Could they? She knows she’ll never settle, but is she ready to be alone forever?

Connor has his own quest. Prove to Lana that there’s more to their relationship than just friendship. If it takes a ridiculous challenge and a slew of odd ducks to help her see him in a new light, then so be it. Only his plan backfires epically. Now Connor must decide if admitting the truth of his scheming and his feelings for her will win her heart or cause him to lose her forever.

She lost her husband. Can she find herself?

Maggie Tate’s nest is soon to be empty. Her ice cream obsession led to twenty extra pounds. She’s hoping it will also lead to a new career.

Her landlord Rick Dalton finds Maggie and her sweet treats irresistible, but she can’t let herself be derailed by his handsome face. He needs to find someone his own age.

Emily Franklin is a five-star chef, but outside the kitchen, she doesn’t see herself as anything special. Navigating the wedding world as her best friend’s maid of honor, she’s certain it’s the only wedding planning she’ll be doing.

Cole Sanford is cool and confident and could have any girl he wants. At least that’s what everyone thinks. Truth is, he’s terrified to commit to a relationship. It doesn’t help that the only girl he can think about is his best friend’s sister. He knows better than to risk the friendship, especially in the middle of his job as best man.

When the maid of honor and best man are asked to plan a couples shower, Emily and Cole find themselves spending a lot of time together. Between cake tastings and menu planning, their mutual attraction is hard to hide.

Can Cole overcome his fear of a relationship and admit his feelings, or will they be forever stuck in the brother’s best friend zone?

He's a prince. She's a girl with a past. Can he accept her as she is?

In attempt to hide from the secrets of her past, Lily works as the executive assistant for Ahmed Elir. While Mr. Elir has asked many things of her, Lily has never had a request from the resort owner quite like this one:

A prince is coming to stay. Lily needs to contact him and see how the hotel can be of assistance.

Prince Henrik of Einvar is nothing like the princes she’s read about in fairy tales. Oh, he’s charming and indulged and too gorgeous for his own good. But he’s also down-to-earth, kind, and generous. When Prince Henrik overhears Lily in a heated conversation with her ex-boyfriend who is demanding money of her, the prince suggests Lily help him keep a low profile in exchange for the money she needs to keep her ex from divulging her horrible secret.

Princes are the stuff from fairy tales. What she doesn’t expect is to fall for the prince herself. Soon, the risk of Prince Henrik discovering her secret is becoming all too real.

Sometimes fairy tales come true. If Prince Henrik finds out the truth, this fairy tale won’t. But how can she build a relationship with someone when there are secrets involved?
